Our complete redesign makes it easy to review previous bookings or view future time slots. You can also easily highlight specific types of bookings (e.g. bookings to be confirmed) by using our calendar view filter.
Plus, you're still able to keep track of both client and staff booking activity with by clicking on the bell icon for updates and notifications. We’ve also added new service features that make it easier for clients to book the way you want.
For example, adding a bookable gap time between multibooking services (e.g. cut and color), lets you make money during processing times. Teach a class or want to take more than one client at a time? We now have parallel services- letting you book multiple clients simultaneously. Both of these new features can be set to your specifications in the service variants section of each service.
In many fields, procedures can be complicated and clients are not always sure what service to pick. Often times, even when they choose correctly, certain modifications need to be made to the appointment to get the desired results. So once finally you’ve figured out the exact appointment needed for an individual, don’t mess with perfection! Easily give the client what they want each time with the redo service feature. Use the exact details you used for that appointment (service combos, any modified times, etc.) then use this information to make the ideal repeat booking for that client.
To find a service to re-do in the first place, you could search through your calendar… but why not make it even easier for yourself? Now you can simply visit the client section of your Booksy account to get everything you need to know about a client and make sure your clients get the best results possible at every appointment.
Here, you’ll find that it automatically keeps track of booking history and services received, as well as any data you’ve enabled: transaction history with products purchased, the amount of money this client has invested in the business, the number of visits and no-shows, etc.
Furthermore, along with detailed notes about the client and services (only visible to you), there is a field to enter a client’s birthday and the ability to add attachments to the profile, such as photos of the client for reference.
While the client profile is great for helping individual clients, it is linked to another powerful tool that helps you build your business on a larger scale: the message blast system. This system lets you send email, text, and social media messages to attract clients to your business.
You can use one of our editable templates or create your own message. You can send a message to all of your contacts, use our client filter to find clients that meet certain conditions (such as booking history or birthdays) or hand pick your recipients.
You can send a message out once or have it sent out in regular intervals… automatically. Our system lets you customize as much or as little as you want. Just imagine what you can do with a few announcements and personalized promotions!
