First step: Activate Mobile Payments
In order for us to charge your clients No-Show Protection fees, you first need to set up your banking details with Stripes Know Your Customer (KYC) Process. It's quick and easy!
Head to Payments & Checkout > Mobile Payments
Follow the steps to get verified to accept payments through the app.
Cancellation Fees
Head to Payments & Checkout > No-Show Protection
Choose how far in advance a client needs to cancel to avoid a fee
Go to "Set No-Show Protection Rules" and select Cancellation Fee.
Choose the percentage amount that will be charged for a late cancellation or no-show.
Click "Next", and Apply to all services, or select the services you want the policy to apply to.
Back on the No-Show Protection screen, select "Cancellation Policy" and update the policy description to reflect your new policy.
Deposits
Head to Payments & Checkout >No-Show Protection
Choose how far in advance a client needs to cancel to avoid a fee

Trusted Clients
This feature allows you to honor your loyal clients who have never let you down. Trusted clients will not be responsible for any deposits or cancellation fees when they book. Here's how:
Go to the Clients Section and select the client. Then click Edit.
Find the Trusted Client box.
In the mobile app, select The Trusted Client Box and toggle on/off the Trusted Client feature.
On the web or tablet version, click the dropdown box and select No or Yes.
